The study involved the detailed analysis of the wall, which highlighted the dangers, but also the trajectory analysis of rockfall along a section, considered the most representative of the section under consideration, in order to assess how the railway is affected by the expansion of the fall trajectories, and to remedy that with the installation of passive protection structures (rockfall net). The intervention concerns the installation of rockfall nets whose characteristics in terms of absorption energy and heights are defined in the analyses carried out.
