We design, transform and build turnkey buildings for residential and commercial developments, hotels and hospitals in particular. No project is alike: depending on the use, the needs of the client change as well as the nature of the intervention and the organization of the spaces.

Some of our projects include the Centro Servizi Eliopoli and the former summer camp Regina Elena in Calambrone, the Convento delle Benedettine (a former convent), the former Hotel D’Azeglio and the sports center San Rossore Sport Village in Pisa. In the health and hotel sector, however, we can add important projects such as the San Rossore private hospital in Pisa, the Hotel Plaza e de Russie in Viareggio, the Hotel Byron in Forte dei Marmi and the Green Park Resort in Tirrenia.

In addition, we build infrastructures of various types, not only related to the energy and railway sector. We specialize in widening and the maintenance of road lanes; bridges, viaducts and underpasses; underground drainage for hydrogeological defense; noise barriers and active and passive intrusion detection systems.
