With this type of intervention it is possible to take advantage of programmed line breaks on one track at a time, making it possible to create a waterproofing cycle that meets all the sealing and durability requirements necessary for a railway project.
At the basis of the system, there is the use of traditional reinforced bituminous membranes placed on a new reinforced concrete slab with suitable longitudinal and transversal slopes conveying to new channels for the collection and removal of water percolating from the railway ballast.
